Sunrooms & Three-Season Additions Built On-Site

Stick-built sunrooms and three-season rooms — engineered footings, insulated knee walls, large-glazing window walls, and a roofline that disappears into your existing home instead of looking bolted on.

Sunrooms by Norfolk County Construction

What's included

  • Engineered footings and structural tie-ins
  • Large-glazing window and door packages
  • Insulated knee walls and roof systems
  • Optional year-round heating and cooling

Stick-built, not a prefab kit

We build sunrooms the same way we build the rest of the house — engineered footings, conventional framing, proper sheathing, and a roof tied into your existing structure. The difference shows in winter, when our sunrooms hold heat instead of becoming an unusable cold box from December to March.

Glass packages picked for your view, not a brochure

We spec window and door packages from the brands that actually warranty their products in Ontario — fixed-frame walls of glass for the lake view, operable casements for cross-breezes, and proper sliding or French doors connecting back into the main living space.

Three-season or four-season — your call

Three-season sunrooms use insulated knee walls and screened-bottom windows, perfect for May through October without the heating-system upgrade. Four-season builds add full insulation, an HVAC tie-in or mini-split, and code-compliant heat — turning the room into year-round living space and added home value.

Tied into your home, not bolted onto it

Roof pitch, fascia line, siding profile, and trim details all match the existing home — so the sunroom reads as 'always been there,' not a contractor add-on. We handle permits, structural drawings, and the inspection sequence start to finish.
